UPDATE: All severe thunderstorm watches ended in Saskatchewan
REGINA – According to Environment Canada, conditions are favourable in southern Saskatchewan for dangerous thunderstorms Saturday afternoon and evening.
Meteorologists are tracking a cold front moving into western Saskatchewan from Alberta that could provide the focus for severe thunderstorm development.
These storms may be capable of producing intense lightning, damaging wind gusts, large hail and heavy rain.
Environment Canada is reminding people severe thunderstorms can produce tornadoes.
